Approach
We are active strategic partners that combine large-cap private equity experience and deep industry expertise with patient, long-term capital. We typically look for:

▶ Founder or family-owned
▶ $2 million - $15 million EBITDA
▶ Highly recurring revenue and strong free cash flow generation
▶ We seek to back exceptional management teams and prefer majority ownership with material reinvestment from selling shareholders, although can be flexible to meet the needs of the sellers
Charlie Munzig
Founder & Managing Partner
Charlie Munzig is the Founder & Managing Partner of Fisher Creek Holdings. Prior to founding Fisher Creek, Charlie spent 14 years at The Carlyle Group, investing in technology and business services companies on the small-cap, mid-cap, and large-cap buyout teams, with a particular focus on founder-led companies. He was involved in and/or served on the board of directors at Accelerate Learning, KLDiscovery, Net Health, Quorum Software, RMI, Unison, Wall Street Institute and WorldStrides, among others. Charlie began his career in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch & Co.
Charlie received is B.A. in Economics & English from Wesleyan University, where he is currently a member of the Presidents’ Council. He is a Board Member of Anderson Holdings, his family’s diversified holding company located in Los Angeles, CA, as well as The River School, in Washington, DC.
